🛒Applicability

These Terms apply when the purchaser places an order via JusuPrekes.lt and the order is accepted by us. All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and displayed next to each product.

Shipping costs depend on the selected method and destination and are displayed before confirming the order. Product descriptions, specifications and availability are displayed next to each item in the online store.

🧾Order process

1. Add products to cart.
2. Enter required contact, delivery and billing information.
3. Choose shipping and payment method.
4. Confirm order.

The contract becomes valid once the online store receives full payment.

💳Secure payments

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.

Available payment methods:

• Bank cards (Visa and MasterCard)
• Local Baltic and Finnish bank links
• Bank transfer
• Installment methods (ESTO, Mokilizingas, BigBank, Indivy)
• Gift card (KNIKS)

When returning from bank payment pages, please click “Return to merchant” to complete the transaction.

If ordered products are unavailable or cannot be delivered, we inform the purchaser as soon as possible and refund all paid amounts within 14 days.

🚚Delivery areas and carriers

• We ship to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other EU countries.
• Delivery outside EU – upon request.
• Carriers: Omniva, DPD, Raben, Itella.

Standard delivery time is 3-15 business days, depending on stock availability and delivery location.

In exceptional cases delivery may take up to 45 days.

↩️14-day return right

The purchaser (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

⚠️Important exceptions

• Legal entities are not eligible for withdrawal rights.
• Hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned once opened (Civil Code Article 6.228).
• If used beyond reasonable testing, refund may be reduced.

To return an order, the purchaser must submit a withdrawal request and return the goods within 14 days.

Refund is issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.

We may withhold refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

🛠️Non-conformity and warranty

Goods sold to consumers are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 2 years.

Defects reported within 12 months are presumed to have existed at time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

If a defect appears, the purchaser must notify us within 2 months by email or phone.

For legal entities, standard consumer warranty periods do not apply.

🔐Data processing

Personal data is used solely to process orders, deliver goods and provide customer support. Data may be forwarded to logistics and billing partners when necessary.

✉️Marketing messages

Promotional offers and newsletters are sent only when explicit consent is given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us or clicking “unsubscribe” in email messages.

⚖️Resolving claims

If any disagreements arise, the purchaser must first contact us using provided contact details.

If agreement cannot be reached, the purchaser has the right to refer the matter to:

• EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
• National Consumer Rights Bodies

Dispute resolution for consumers is free of charge.
