📅When the 14-day period starts

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days:

• from the date of delivery of the goods – if one product is ordered;
• from the date of delivery of the last item – if the order consists of several items;
• from the date of delivery of the last batch or part – if goods are delivered by batches or parts;
• from the date of the first delivery – if the contract provides for regular delivery of goods.

During this period, the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods.

✉️Notice of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller within 14 days.

• This notification is called a “notice of withdrawal”.
• You may use a withdrawal form provided by the trader or write a free-form notice.
• The notice can be sent by post or submitted in person.
• If available, you may also use an electronic form on the trader’s website.
• The right of withdrawal is considered exercised if the notice is sent or submitted within the 14-day period.
• Keep proof of sending or submitting the notice (postal receipt, courier confirmation, email confirmation, etc.).
• The trader is obliged to make a withdrawal form available to consumers.
• The consumer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in time.

🔁What happens after you withdraw

• Contracts are terminated – the distance contract and any related ancillary contracts are cancelled.
• Return of goods: the consumer must return or send the goods back to the trader within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal was sent/submitted.
• Refund of payments: the trader refunds all payments received for the order within 14 days from receiving the notice of withdrawal, except for any additional amount paid for a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery offered.
• The trader has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received back or proof of dispatch is provided.

👀Inspection vs. use

• Right to inspect: the consumer may use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning – in the same way as it could be done in a physical shop.
• Consumer’s responsibility: if the product has been used more than necessary for inspection, the consumer is liable for any loss of value that results from such use, or from use contrary to good faith.
• The use of the goods for inspection and testing must not go beyond what is reasonably allowed in a shop environment.

Important: During the 14-day withdrawal period, you may try the product, but not use it continuously as your own. If the product is returned in a condition that shows excessive use, damage or lost value, the seller may reduce the refund or, in serious cases, claim compensation for losses in court.

Please note: if JusuPrekes.lt finds that the returned goods have lost value due to the consumer’s actions, the company may claim compensation for damages.

💶What the consumer must cover

When exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days, the consumer may be required to cover:

1. any delivery costs exceeding the cheapest standard delivery method offered by JusuPrekes.lt;
2. the direct costs of returning the goods, unless JusuPrekes.lt has agreed to cover them or has failed to inform you about this obligation;
3. any loss in value of the goods if they have been used more than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and performance, as confirmed by an authorised service diagnostics report. The consumer is not liable for depreciation if JusuPrekes.lt has not properly informed about the right of withdrawal.

🚫Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in certain types of contracts, unless otherwise agreed with the seller. For example:

• for specially ordered goods made or ordered specifically for the customer (not in stock and not intended for general sale);
• for audio or video recordings or computer software once their packaging has been opened;
• for newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
• for contracts concluded at a public auction;
• for goods that are perishable or close to their expiry date;
• for accommodation (except long-term rental), transport of goods, vehicle hire, catering or leisure services to be provided on a specific date or time (e.g. concert tickets, flights, event packages);
• for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-made furniture);
• where the price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control;
• for services that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent before the end of the 14-day period, and the consumer acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed;
• for goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened (e.g. certain personal care items, bedding, etc.);
• for goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• for contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages to be delivered after 30 days, where the price was agreed at the time of the contract but is subject to market fluctuations;
• if urgent repairs or maintenance were requested – the right of withdrawal may not apply to the service already provided or parts used, only to additional services or goods;
• for contracts on the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the supply has started with the consumer’s consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

🏢Business customers

• A legal entity (business customer) is generally not considered a “consumer” within the meaning of consumer protection rules, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not automatically apply, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in advance.
• In case of any non-conformity, damage or defect, the seller must be informed immediately – no later than 2 working days after receiving the goods.
• The goods must be returned to the seller’s dispatch point within 3 working days, otherwise it is considered that the goods have been received in good condition.
